ecWash Mobile is an online platform linking consumers and their selected laundromat. Consumers and laundromats use the APP to connect with each others. The Privacy Policy applies to any member, visitor and laundromat to the APP services.
1. Registration: To create an account you only need to provide limited data including your Octopus ID, Mobile ID, email address, age group and/or gander, and a password.
2. We rely on service providers (laundromat) to provide you the off-line laundry Services. They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
3. Except your selected laundromat, we do not share personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your permission.
4. Security: We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
