Jackson Tang, Chairman

Mr. Tang is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the technology industry including electronics and telecommunications.  Over these years, he has co-founded and incubated a few successful technology companies of which he continues to be a shareholder and director.  Prior to setting up his own business, he worked in renowned electronics and telecommunications equipment vendors where he held key positions in product development and technology management.  He holds a Master of Business Administration and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.  Mr. Tang is reputable for his relentless drive to nurture new business venture.  His working experience spans over different territories including Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Canada.  He continues to provide steering and take lead in stakeholder management for the company.

P.M. Lai, Managing Director

Mr. Lai is responsible for managing the overall operations and implementation of growth strategies for the company.  He plays a lead role to develop novel technologies, explore emerging markets and drive new business development.  Mr. Lai has 20 years veteran experience in system development and technology management.  He has spearheaded the company to pioneer many innovative projects and achieve numerous awards and recognition as well as building of strong relationships with key customers and world-renowned partners.  Mr. Lai is well recognized for his dedication to bring new perspectives into new technology applications.  He has wide exposure to work with cross-cultural partners from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and Canada.  He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing.

Ken Chin, General Manager

Mr. Chin oversees the general management and technical operations of the company.  He is in charge of the overall execution and day-to-day management for technical development and system implementation.  Mr. Chin brings to this role with his 15 years veteran experience in system development and project management.  As the chief solution architect, he takes lead in concept testing, technology assessment and feasibility study.  Mr. Chin has been credited with his achievements in the successful implementation of many first-of-its-kind projects.  He has a strong sense of business acumen with a pragmatic approach to deal with technology issues.  Mr. Chin started his career in Malaysia and Singapore before he joined as the founding member for the company.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master in Electronic Business.
