MajorLink participated in the Retail Asia Expo and Congress 2010 Expo and we
were proud to integrate our kiosk technology with Cisco's Unified
Communication System and together, we showcased our i-Concierge Platform
at Cisco's "Smart + Connected Retail" booth. This platform empowers customer
satisfaction via interactive communication and differentiated customer loyalty.
i-Concierge Platform is an innovative customer service platform that is designed
for seamless interaction with in-store customers in proximity within the retail
context. The main system consists of an interactive kiosk that allows
customers to enquire and navigate mall's floor plan and directory, browse shop
list/services of interests and check out latest promotions. At the same time, an
embedded digital signage system will be used to display videos when the kiosk
is in idle mode. The digital signage system can also be used to narrowcast the
in-store promotional offers and to augment the instructions for customers'
interactive participations.
