MajorLink developed the On-Demand Printing Kiosk for City of Dreams to strengthen its hotel staff management. City of Dreams deployed automated kiosks with instant printing capabilities to streamline the staff payslip and roster printing. The hotel staff can now go to any of these self-serve kiosks, authenticate themselves by waving/swiping their staff cards and then print out their payslip or roster on demand. MajorLink had also developed a new centralized card admin system for their administrators to issue cards, blacklist lost cards, change PIN and perform other card-related administrative works.

Awards & Recognition
MajorLink participated in the Retail Asia Expo and Congress 2009 Expo and we were proud to be selected to showcase our SenPass Retail Proximity Marketing Platform (Senpass RPM) in their "Innovation Showcase" booth. This platform empowers differentiated customer loyalty and in-store promotion. SenPass RPM is an innovative marketing platform that is designed for seamless interaction with in-store customers in proximity within the retail context. The main system consists of a loyalty kiosk that allows customers to browse products/services of interests, check out incentive rewards and obtain printed/mobile redemption coupons. At the same time, a digital signage mounted on top of the kiosk is used to narrowcast the in-store promotion offers and to augment the instructions for customer participation.
